We need a strong customer-focused sales person to join our Retail Team. We want an intelligent, energetic, professional who is ready to help retailers in the USA improve the way they operate their cash rooms.

ARCA has developed technology for retail cash automation that goes far beyond simple smart safes. We have pioneered a unique solution for high volume, multi-till stores and retail operations and have extremely satisfied customers.

ARCA’s Concert system automates retail cash rooms to run more efficiently and securely. ARCA’s solution, which includes cash handling hardware and software, reduces labor costs and cash shrinkage, and also allows for enterprise-wide visibility for cash in all locations. We completely change traditional cash room processes and free up the employees of retailers to do work that is more valuable than sitting and counting cash all day.

Candidates for this position should have experience with retail cash operations as well as a good understanding of business process improvement and process analysis. Successful candidates will be able to navigate complex selling environments using a systematic approach like the Miller Hiemann Strategic Selling system. Candidates should also be driven to achieve success and possess excellent spoken and written communication skills.

This position will report to the Retail Systems team leader in North Carolina and will involve 50% travel or more. It is not necessary to live in North Carolina for this job, but you will love the people at our headquarters.

As a member of the ARCA team, you will play a key role in delivering the next generation of cash automation to the retail market in America.
